We are enjoying our Cloud 9 Pillows, wish I would have ordered King size. I put a soft pillow protector on under our pillow cases and over the protective top that encases each pillow, and that made for cooler sleeping with less of a "crackly sound." The pillows have just the right amount of squishiness for a side sleeper.
