The mini chain quick link tool is a great idea for a chain tool. When used with a used quick link it will open and close a quick link. However it seems if used with a new link the handles are too short to exert enough pressure to close or open the link. It works well with used links. If the handles had a wider handle and/or longer, I think it would be a winner!
