Love the materials, but unhappy with communication

I genuinely appreciate the beginner character packs. My kids really love learning from them, I pair the character cards with them, and I think they are beautifully done. However, I paid for a monthly subscription for the year and have been getting repeats that I’m paying for. I tried communicating when it happened a second time, but have heard nothing back. If I could have the remaining packs or a refund, I would change my review to five stars in a second. But I’m really disappointed that I am being charged double for multiple months worth of product.

Obedience

We love it. There’s only a few pages we can use as my son is 5 and doesn’t like to color. If there could be an activity or two added for those who are full of energy and don’t like to sit and color that would be great. Even if it’s just a page with other resource options or links with ideas of different hands on things to do to practice obedience. We’ve read both stories though and I did the activity with the Penny. We also love the poem. Any additional activities for our movers and shakers out there would be awesome! We do love it though! And I’m going to go through it again when he’s older (perhaps he will want to color then) and do some other things like the writing page that we aren’t doing this time around.
