Replacing broken part

When I told your employee that part of my sprayer was broken, she said that a new one would be sent to me. I received a total "gun sprayer" when I was only expecting a part of one. There was no charge and it came in four days. How could anyone be more satisfied by the company's service. This product makes it easy for me to remove ear wax so that I can hear clearly.
