When I usually order bagels and bread the package arrives with freezer packs within bubble wrap. This time it arrived with barely any bubble wrap and no ice packs, pretty disappointed when you pay such a high price you expect better care.

These are dryer than the deli white bagel. They toast up fine but I’ll stick with the deli white.
