MH7000 Touch Station

I have two MH7000 humidifiers that I bought 3 years ago, and I love them. One of the best things about Miro is that you can buy replacement parts instead of replacing the whole humidifier. My touch station recently broke, and it was so convenient and affordable to replace just that piece. For families with babies, this is honestly the best humidifier. Every part can be washed and inner parts are all dishwasher safe. so I never worry about mold or bacteria. It’s easy to clean and gives me a lot of peace of mind!

MH7000 touch station

I ordered a replacement touch station as the one i had previously broke out of warranty. It arrived in a timely manner however it was not functioning properly immediately upon setting it up. I reached out by email multiple times for 2 weeks and have received no response. The touch station was not packaged well at all. It did have bubble wrap but it was in a rather large box so it was bouncing around in the box which likely caused it to arrive broken (otherwise i was sent a faulty one). I appreciate being able to buy parts rather than a whole unit but if the replacement part does not work properly it feels like a waste of money.

Has not been delivered

I have not received this. Where is it?
