I have waited a good 3 months to submit a review. I wanted to really delve into my workouts before giving an honest evaluation. I am 52 years old and I work full time. I have been extremely satisfied with PVOLVE!! I manage to workout on average 3-4x/week and I have been pleasantly surprised with the results. I have done intermittent Pilates for years and I didn’t get the results I was looking for. For the first time in a long time, I am losing weight, inches, and feeling stronger! I look forward to my workouts! I love the convenience of having the tools I need in my home and streaming when I want to! I loved it so much I bought the Total Transformation Bundle for my daughter too!

Great set to be able to do just about everything on Pvolve

Love the set - really make you able to do just about every workout in the program. Well made pieces and materials. Yes, it is pricey, but the cost ends up being much less than a gym membership and you can do workouts any time you want. I definitely feel a difference at targeting muscles (I've had it for about a month now). I would do workouts before, but just random arm, core or leg ones. I never saw a difference doing them and my husband has said he already sees muscles in my arms that weren't there. My only complaint would be that I wish the Cushion Mat was included with the set since that is used so much.

I cannot say enough good things about the Total Transformation Bundle. The equipment is next-level, but the P.Band and the P3 Trainer are absolute standouts for me—they target muscles in a way nothing else can. The app makes it so easy to stay consistent, and the instructors are world-class. Massive shoutout to Danielle, Maeve, and AV! Their cueing, energy, and form corrections make you feel like you're getting a private training session right in your living room. If you are on the fence about investing in this bundle, just do it. It is worth every single penny!
