Fantastic support!

I ordered a grease extension hose to add to a very hard to reach bearing on my Combine. It came timely. I noticed that the male fitting that went in the bearing was the wrong size. So I contacted by email the company and they said I needed a reducer which they could provide. I had a difficult time determining the size I needed to fit into my bearing so I took a picture of it and sent it. They sent back pictures of the reducers they had available and I ordered one. It too, came promptly and was exactly what I needed. I am very pleased with the product and thrilled with that kind of support service.
