Didn’t help me to relax of sleep
There was an under lying smell that I could not place, it wasn’t the essential oil, not sure if it was the silicone itself. I’ve washed it several time and even soaked it in soap water and still is there.
The sleep scent was nice, but beyond the at it didn’t do anything to help me relax or sleep.
The silicone ring itself felt a bit odd and takes a while to get comfortable with it.

There are two that smell like pinesol and i avoid using them. Other yhen that it does block the smell of ugly oders.
