Not wearing… Tightened too much

Hi, I don’t know how to loosen the dials and instructions were not readily available to me so my Stokos have been sitting unused! Can you help?

The cables they say they are made with are strings. I bought a the recommended medium, am 5’6” and 130lbs. They would not stay up and were a nightmare getting on. The support fri upper hips was evident, but knees were left out.
