I recently purchased 2 premium versa tube for my cord workout (extra heavy/gray and heavy/blue tubes). They work well and have high tension that I was looking for. Fyi- my previous blue tube snapped under pressure after awhile so I had to repurchase.

Power-Systems Rocks!

In 2021, I started using Power-System's stretch bands for arm therapy as I lost 90% use of my right arm due to rotator cuff injury causing minimal lateral movement. That band was red...easy. I have progressed all the way to the highest level Gray band (recent purchase) and perform 5 sets of 45 reps (225 total reps). Each set consist of 3 15-rep different design exercises performed one after another with a :30 pause between each 45 rep set. I can't thank Power-Systems enough for making fantastic products that are easy to use and so versatile. I am 84 years old.

Great product!

I use all tube colors for my workouts and they work great. They are very versatile and can be used for a wide variety of exercises. I have used these in my workouts since Covid. I have broken a few tubes over the years but it has only been after extensive use over a couple of years and they are inexpensive to replace.
