The size and quality are great. I’ve used these before, and they lasted about 6 years before breaking. I tried another brand, but the sizes were bigger and the quality was lower than this one. That’s why I decided to order the same ones again! The delivery time was super fast too!! Very recommended.

Great Workout Addition
I started with the lower resistance bands and have worked my way up to help strengthen my legs and balance. Very happy with the results. I use them enough that I have to replace them once or twice yearly.
