Recieved a non working clock torch, and the customer service team was EXCELLENT at getting me a replacement, while neither clock on either torch worked, I live in a cold environment, so I just replaced the battery and it worked wonderfully.

The clock lights up with rgb lights which to me throws off the theme of the torch. I usually don't prefer torches anyway because I've always had bad luck with them. This one is no different. The lighting is unreliable and I'm left annoyed clicking the igniter 30-40 times before lighting a cigarette. I switched back to my zippo and others. This one can stay in my collector cabinet.

Got here in perfect timing. Works perfectly well and was packaged just the same. I got to get another one. The price is the price if the product is great. This is worth it.
