Cepheus is a deep maroon red pressed pigment.
Cepheus is best applied over a primer and packed on with a dense brush. Our mattes and pressed pigments are very pigmented, easy to blend yet soft with some fall out expected.

Christmas
I purchased this one along with the shade Cerise Waves mostly because of the swatch photo showing the two of them together. They look so nice together and make a great Christmas (or Valentine's) eye look.
