Did not adjust as much as the product description indicated and does not fit my head. In addition, both leather hats I bought have a very offputting strong odor.
I wrote to Customer Service explaining that the two Leather caps did not fit, and I inquired about an exchange, but never received any reply at all. So I’m stuck with two leather docker caps that have no use at all to me.
The two cloth caps I ordered arrived after the Leather ones and they do expand to the proper size, so they are OK, but I am stuck with two useless purchases.
