Outstanding customer service from BEX! I needed to replace a pair of sunglasses that unfortunately met their end under a lawnmower. I wasn't even sure of the exact model but the BEX team quickly identified them from a few photos I sent & sent a warranty promo code to help with the replacement. The entire process was seamless & my new pair arrived in less than a week.
I love the glasses but the customer service is what really sets this company apart. Fast, helpful & super easy to work with from start to finish. I've been a BEX fan for years & experiences like this are why I won't wear anything else. Highly recommend!
