Dear Team, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with my recent experience. I have placed two orders in less than a month, both exceeding £100, which clearly shows I am a committed and returning customer. On both occasions, I missed out on promotions, and despite raising this, there was no effort made to recognise my loyalty or offer any form of goodwill — even a small gesture. To be completely honest, this has left me feeling undervalued and dismissed. As a paying customer who has spent over £200 in a short period, I would expect a much higher level of customer care. There are many alternative brands offering similar products, and customer service will ultimately determine where I continue to spend my money. At present, I am seriously reconsidering future purchases with you. I would appreciate you reviewing this and responding appropriately. Regards
