Excellent quality and service
First off, do not hesitate if customer service is of concern....Initially I had a small issue regarding the shipping address, but it was resolved immediately. All correspondence answered very quickly, put me at ease.
The leather is full grain,and very soft in comparison to my more expensive duffel.The Cortes is a deep bag, and can take loads of kit.
All in all,worth the money,and service levels to match.
