Olevra Smart Ring

I bought two rings, one for me and one for my daughter. One of them was too big and I had to return it and get a new one. Their customer service was great and kept communication with me every step of the way until the new ring came.

I was really excited about the step counter feature because I don’t always carry my phone with me. I dont think it’s accurate unfortunately. My 2nd night sleeping with the ring on it said I walked 2000 steps at like 4am when I was 100% asleep. I’ve noticed a lot of inconsistent things like this. 200 steps when I’ve only gone from my bed to the bathroom and back. The other features seem fairly accurate still so the step count thing is really weird to me.

I ordered suze 5 ring which fit, but my fingers and hand are small. So the ring was to wide and bulky. I contacted Olevra immediately. They have contacted me, but no remedy. I asked for refund. Also provided them an option to send me a bigger size for my husband, since they do not have smaller bands that fit my hands. I got emai back saying they would get back to me soon. I still have not heard back.
