These are the first 3 crabapple trees I purchased from you. As you can see nothing has happened (in growth) since they arrived. I'm 99% sure they're unrecoverable. Then you sent 2 more as replacements, they to are not responding? I'm not happy up to this point and if you send other replacements I won't expect them to survive the trip or transplant? If you decide to make me whole with "3" new crabapple trees, could you at least wrap the roots with a moist cloth in plastic? I support lots of deer on my property and am relying on local nurseries for my fruit, nut and berry trees. I'll hold off on buying other crabapple trees to see if you keep your word on purchases and refunds?
