Solar Panel

I purchased this back in November 2025 and never used it. I opened it up to install it in my back yard for a security camera and the cord is bad. I contacted support for a replacement and was told that i would have to purchase another one even though this one was never used. The person that I spoke with basically said it wasn’t worth the cost of shipping for them to just send me another one and there is only a 90 day warranty on accessories. 90 day warranty should have been a red flag. The power wire for the panel is junk, as far as the panel goes, who know’s, never got to use it. I told him that I would just fix it myself. Almost forgot, I emailed Spartan customer support first and got no response, sent a picture as well.

Having a real hard time with this unit. I've been fighting it for several weeks as it continued to fail at charging my camera. It constantly fails to show that it's charging from the panel. I bought a brand new charging cord that connects from the panel to the camera and still it continues to fail. I'm at a loss.
