Micro Constellation Flatback Stud

I bought two flatback studs and I’m deeply disappointed. Within approximately one month of the purchase date, both pieces lost their grip and started falling off during everyday activities like sleeping or blow-drying my hair. I’ve had to stop wearing them entirely out of fear of losing them for good. For $40 a stud, the quality is definitely not there. To make matters worse, the customer service is nonexistent. I sent an email to support on May 18th and have sent several other messages since then, but I haven't received a single response from their team, even though I paid for the free returns protection. If I could give this 0 stars, I absolutely would. Total waste of money and incredibly frustrating experience.

The backs dont go all the way on. Very frustrating for such a pretty stud.
