I’m really disappointed with the quality control of this diaper bag. The original bag I received had a crooked front pouch, and after going through the replacement process, the replacement arrived with the exact same issue.
What’s most frustrating is that this bag was not purchased from the imperfect sale category, so I expected much better quality.
For a premium-priced diaper bag, this level of quality control is honestly shocking. Very disappointing experience overall.
