MagSafe Mega Bundle - Apple

The wallet only connects to the phone on one side, but both sides have the same magsafe style magnet… if it’s not reversible it shouldn’t look like it is. Both magnets are too weak. The wallet moves too much when it’s attached to a phone and the accessories come off of the wallet too easily. There’s nothing keeping tension on the cards so thin cards like insurance cards, etc don’t stay in place. The first time set my phone down, my insurance card went flying out onto the floor. When I explained all of my concerns I was told I would be charged $9 to return the product even though everything is in new condition and several things weren’t ever opened. I won’t ever buy or suggest one of their products.

I’ve had two prior ekster wallets. The first two, still operable. Flawlessly. I’ve just wanted to upgrade as ekster has launched new products. The MagSafe grabbed my attention. Updated components. Upgraded storage. Plus MagSafe. Meaning no strap which was kind of a pain to deal with. I got the MagSafe money clip and the expandable wallet (forget its name) and both are great. However, the magnet on the expandable wallet is not super strong like the money clip. It’s seems the attachment points are very precise, and doesn’t align very well. Plus the magnets aren’t very strong. Which is a recipe for it detaching easily. It still works great, you just have to be careful. Luckily I don’t to have this attached all the time as it primarily hold my insurance cards, gift cards, and reward cards. Which all are digital these days. But it would be nice if the magnets were better engineered. Still highly recommend. Oh, regarding attachment to the iPhone - just tried it - pretty weak as well.
