Great Bag, Great Customer Service, Bad UPS!

My skater was off to Prague in 5 days and wanted a backpack for her skates. She saw the RR bag and really wanted one. We ordered it, and unfortunately UPS flagged it as damaged in delivery. Peter had a new one ready to ship to us, but we ended up getting a different one locally. UPS did deliver it the next day (damage free) but it was too late and we couldn’t return the one we bought. The RR backpack was great, and I was sorry to have to return it. So, great product, great customer service, bad UPS! If she comes back from Prague and wants a new bag, we’ll definitely get the RR one.

Light weight and spacious

The bag itself is light weight, lots of room to pack everything. The shoulder strap is well designed to keep the bag close to your back for comfort and ease of use.

I’ve only been skating for 6 months, but i’ve gone through a lot of bags. Duffel, suitcase, tote, the amazon helixful bag, and i’ve never truly been happy with any of them. That was until I got my skate pack. A few people at my rink have them and they spoke so highly that I ordered one for myself. I gave it a pretty big test from the get go and traveled to the UK from the USA 5 hours after opening it. I was not disappointed! Not a single thing in the bag moved during the flight and I felt at ease knowing my skates were safe. This bag fit everything I needed for on and off ice and had room for so much more. So many POCKETS!! I’m recommending this bag to anyone and everyone. Genuinely amazing and I love the customer care and follow up you get after purchase. 1000/10!
