The Nordic Mini Bench is an incredible piece of equipment. I’m a professional sprinter, and having it has helped me prepare my hamstrings for a high work load of speed work on the athletics track. I could never go without the Nordic Mini Bench now, it’s an absolute necessity in my training and there isn’t a better one on the market than TAT’s. The product is of a really high quality and is incredibly mobile and easy to store. The Adjustment section on the Nordic mini is also very convenient as it helped find that right fit for my feet when using it. I couldn’t recommend the Nordic Mini enough!
