Helpful data to have
I’ve been using the hDrop sweat monitor to better understand my sweat and sodium losses and hopefully prevent some of the cramps I experience at the end of long events when it’s hot and humid in Florida. I especially like the Sweat Zone feature to see how my well my hydration strategies are working over the course of a training run. On top of that, the company provides excellent customer service and has been responsive and helpful whenever I’ve had questions.
