Office - Beech

Very practical and sooo sharp, plus a beautiful look combining the wood and the Japanese blade!

Beautiful blade, cuts wonderfully. Handle has a nice shape in your hand. Wood feels a little unfinished so I'm a little concerned how it will wear / weather. But it's really quite a gorgeous knife!

Beautifully made, lovely to handle, use...and to look at! Customer service/ delivery was prompt and efficient. Absolutely recommend.
