Cooking Tallow
I used the cooking tallow for potatoes. Cubed the potatoes and par cooked them in boiling water for 10 minutes.
Poured them into a colander, let them dry off. Then tossed them with a few tablespoons of tallow & onions and seasoned salt. Placed them on a cookie sheet and roasted @ 425 degrees for 10-15 minutes stirring them once.
Potatoes were so fluffy and outside were beautiful brown with a crunch.
Loved the flavor and the beautiful brown
