Blue Chai

Love It!

Blue Chai has become my favorite tea. I love the blue color and that it’s caffeine free. I find it delicious even without sweetener. When you dump the tea bags into the tin can from their foil pouch, it’s less than half full! This is a visual statement about how expensive this tea is. So I get two brews out of each bag to make this more cost effective. I do appreciate the careful sourcing of ingredients and the compostable tea bags. Ultimately, you pay for quality. I will keep buying.

I liked the color of it, i never knew chai could be blue. Especially mixing it with some honey or agave, tastes really good. You can also taste the spices and ginger in there. (Also shipping I didn't have trouble with, the way it looked on here was weird. But it did come like it was supposed to.)

Smooth, Cozy & Absolutely Delicious

I brewed this on the stove with 1 cup water and ½ cup milk using the traditional chai method. It hit all the beautiful spice notes—ginger, cardamom, cinnamon, and a gentle warmth from clove and black pepper. The butterfly pea flower makes the most stunning blue cup, and the flavor is smooth, cozy, and absolutely delicious.
