We love our soap dispenser and unfortunately it was not working properly after just under a year. We contacted Simple Human and they walked us through some steps to see if we could get the dispenser working correctly. They decided to just send us a new one. Great customer service!

Excellent product and even better Customer Service

We are longtime Simple Human customers and I believe this most recent soap dispenser was a replacement for our first SH product with which we had an issue (stopped working suddenly after almost two years). With only a few days before the warranty expired, I submitted photos and a video with the request to replace and we had a brand new one delivered in a few short days; the whole process took less than a week and was as easy as it could be. Thank you, Simple Human!

Love it!

I don't have this liquid sensor pump very long. But so far I am really liking it for my dish detergent. I hope it keeps working as well as it is now. I may get one for hand soap sometime.
