Impression Whiteboard

Okay so I wanted to like this I really did but I have had nothing but issues regarding this board. After having to order magnets (mine was not included in the package) I have tried every single combination and placement of the charging process to no avail. Red light on the charger and nothing showing on the board. The tutorials regarding the charging are woefully inadequate as they do not show what these lights look like when it is charging. They merely show you the charger being placed on without it being plugged in. There is no troubleshooting that I can find to fix the issue. Maybe I have a dud unit, however I am disappointed that there is no real information regarding the charging or even a way to check as the board itself cannot be taken apart (without damaging it) that I can see. I will amend this review if I can find a way to charge it but as I cannot even turn the unit on to see if the palm peeker I bought along with it works, so unfortunately right now all I have is a very expensive whiteboard.

The Whiteboard is a really good product, but I had problems charging it, because of a batch that came from the factory, which was built little differently. Got almost frustrated trying to charge it like instructed in the video, but it never worked. Then only after being in contact with Pitata, they told me about the different batch and that it must be charged differently. That information should have been delivered immediately. There's probably a reason why it didn't, but that is the reason for 4 stars, not 5. Otherwise a very good product.
