Stellaluna

This is a lovely story I wasn’t familiar with, and I’m sure my granddaughter will love it. Also the little plush fruit bat, which is so adorable and real-looking I want one for myself! As a small child in the Arizona desert, I’d see bats flitting about in the evening sky, gobbling up mosquitoes. They are magical!

My daughter asked for it for her yet to be born child. It was one of her favourite stories growing up. I was able to find the book easy enough but it was difficult finding the stuffed toy. Glad I was able to find both here.

i loved this book when I got it for myself years ago and now as a baby shower gift.
