I bought the buckle pack so that I could adapt the Cub for easier attachment and detachment. So far I'm very happy with it.

I broke my buckle on my hip belt so I ordered your buckle set. I was able to replace the buckle and now I have backups.

Didn’t have to use it but it is nice to have a couple of spare buckles.
I’ve had a waist belt buckle break on a different pack in the middle of a trip and it made the rest of the trip uncomfortable.
I like to carry a spare now.
