One of the closest fragrances to Tam Dao that I've smelled, and for THE PRICE??? So worth it. This is a clean, woody fragrance that is very refreshing in high heat. The cypress and coriander give it a bit of an herbaceous brightness to the opening, and while I perceive the sandalwood as fairly smooth, it's not one of those ultra creamy sandalwoods, especially when paired with the coriander. If you have a really strong sensitivity to pickle notes in sandalwood, you may get juuust a bit here, but it's nothing like the ultra dry sandalwood in say, Santal 33. This is natural woods and some soft green notes. Simple, delicate, and versatile.

Unfortunately, this did not smell anything like the fragrance it was inspired by. Instead, it came across as a completely different scent profile more of a noticeable floral profile rather than the expected notes. I was hoping for something closer to the original, so this was very disappointing. 2 stars for proper shipping and packaging.
