Eleanor Weekender

This bag is small even for a handbag-it wouldn't even hold a toiletries bag, let alone clothes for the weekend. Much smaller than pictured in the ad. Very disappointed, and would never purchase from this company again.

I received the wrong item and have been trying to get someone to email or call me from the company with no luck. Not even an automated response which is a little shady in my opinion. Today was my 4th email.

First: it took almost a month to get here. Second: this is supposed to be a travel bag. Its so tiny you couldn’t fit one shoe in it. The quality is egregious. The “leather” is most certainly plastic of some sort. Customer service is practically non existent. I cant believe how bad this is for what I paid for it! For reference of the photo I wear a size 7 1/2 shoe.
