Does not match the
I had bought the same earrings from you a couple of years ago, but I lost them. I saw that they were available again and happily ordered them once more. However, I received a completely different product — it looks much worse, and the material is most likely cheaper as well.
Yes, the price is lower than it used to be, but why lower the quality as well if you are already lowering the price?
Please update the photos to reflect the actual quality of the product. Don’t disappoint your customers.
