Took the guesswork out of my shelf

Was picking these up one at a time. Now its one bottle, one reorder date, and a shelf I can finally see the back of. My energy and endurance are the same or better than they were before.

Back in the gym consistently

Fell off training after a busy stretch at work and couldn't get going again. Started this about seven weeks ago and my squat and bench have both moved since. Glad I gave it a shot.

From dragging to driven

At 46 I was dragging all the time, low energy, no motivation to train, and my strength had stalled. Started this about six weeks ago along with getting back to the gym. Energy came back first, then the drive to actually go, and now my lifts are climbing again. Feel more like myself. Wish I had found it sooner.
