I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the condition in which my order arrived. I am unable to attach photographs to this review but I want to clearly describe the issue for your review. The items arrived warm and in a sloppy, melted mess. I attempted to refrigerate them immediately, but given their condition upon arrival, I am concerned about both their quality and freshness. Considering the high cost of this product, it is very disappointing that it was shipped and delivered with so little protection. I strongly encourage you to work with a more reliable shipping provider or improve your packaging methods so your products reach customers in the quality and condition intended. Due to the poor condition and low quality in which the product arrived, I would not recommend it to fellow customers. Please let me know how you plan to resolve this matter. Thank you for your time.

When I ordered these the first time, I didn’t really feel anything, I was looking I guess for a big energy boost… I reread the card and just kept going and saw that if I was religious taking them ,,now all day, I feel energized!
