10/10 this glove is perfect for sparring/ training, they’re super comfortable and have good support all around. If you need a new pair of gloves I recommend these.

Favorite glove
I’ve only had these gloves for a couple of days but they have already made it to the top of my rotation. There’s great protection and support but still has a good pop in the bag and mitts. I own a 12 oz pair and it offers as much protection on the bag as some 16oz gloves that I own. Great glove for a great price.
