I finally found an eyeliner that lasts all day!

I want to start this off by saying that I have really oily eyelids and the outer portion of my waterline is, well, extra watery 24/7. These liners stay on my lids without smudging/running all day, and it's amazing. I also personally use the black phantomwise gel liner on my eyebrows, and the liner holds there too. Btw, a little bit of this product goes a long way, so you're getting your money's worth to say the least.
