something has changed in the taste and smell

the first time we tried this, we loved it and were hooked. now this time and last time, the aroma and flavor has changed , i already sent codes etc to customer service, took a chance and ordered more. nope still not like the first time we ordered it . so sad . i mean its still good coffee, just no wonderful maple smell or taste.
