Pilates Essentials Kit

Love this kit! Has everything. Wish it had a 7 day beginner program so you can feel like you accomplish something to start as a beginner. 28 days is nice but when you are just starting, smaller milestones make consistency easier.

Great quality, cant wait to add more reformly products to my workout collection.
