Review 1 - Ordering, Delivery & Assembly: * My anxiety about placing an online order for a product from a company that I’d never heard of included “does the bike exist?” and if so “will it even get delivered?”. The communication and reassurance I received from Customer Support was fabulous and set an example that any company would be proud of. * Having placed my order I was sceptical of both the delivery timescale and the condition that the bike would be delivered in. I couldn’t have been more wrong! My doorbell rang within a matter of days and a smiling delivery man helped carry the box up all the stairs to my apartment without complaint.The packaging was most impressive with lots of packing and padding to protect all the vulnerable parts of the bike including the paintwork and everything was cable tied to prevent damage. * All technical/difficult assembly items (electric motor, wiring loom, rear wheel and gears etc) were already assembled leaving me to build the simple bits like front wheel, handlebars, pedals and ancillaries. The process was straightforward and took less than an hour. The pedals were even labelled Left and Right with stickers to show the direction of tightening (clockwise for one, anti-clockwise for the other) which was helpful. I was also impressed by the high quality of materials and the standard of manufacturing (weld quality, component assembly, paint finish). A very impressive product even before considering the (very competitive) price point. Review 2 will cover how it rides and performs

The bike's design is sleek and modern. It's not only functional but also turns heads wherever I go. Highly recommend

I'm very satisfied with this bike. It runs great, is fast, and has a strong build quality.
