Super supportive, weird back contour

I dont know if it was only because of the location of my surgical incision, but im unable to use this product the way I planned because the back pillow has lumbar support where I need lumbar relief. I still hope it will be comfier when my incision isnt so new. The supportiveness is perfect though, it doesnt squish over the course of a day so thats awesome.
