Prior to buying the knives, I had a few questions for Sam about the specific knives I was interested in and he was very quick to respond. I asked for the knives to be shipped in non-descript packaging (gift for my wife) and he honoured my request. The knives arrived before Christmas and have worked amazingly. I have since ordered the magnetic knife block to display the beautiful maple burl handled knives.
