Preferred the Previous Format

We love the Times Tales content, in fact we purchased a 2 year license to the videos two year ago when that was offered, and they family all watched it together. After our license expired, we purchased a 1 year seat of the online course, but it is very difficult to show the videos to the entire household. We have to trigger individual segments, and the videos are often interrupted, possibly because the device or software think we are not attending. The new format does not work well for us.

The website is confusing and I think its overpried.
