I don't know what changed in their fulfillment process, but it took FOUR tries to receive the food totally frozen. My dog has been on Ollie's for years, and this is the first time I've received boxes of thawed out food due to not enough dry ice. They were great about replacing and resending the boxes, but it took me speaking to a manager to finally receive a (mostly) frozen box (there were still a few packs on the bottom of the box that had thawed during delivery). I thought it was such a waste to have to throw away three boxes of food (eight weeks supply). Hopefully they will fix their fulfillment issues before our next delivery.

great food, my dogs love it, but unfortunately it's too expensive, and we will not be able to continue with there food. I spend almost $300 for 2 chihuahuas.

One dog often throws up after eating it. Im not sure why. It’s denser than the other meals and harder to break up in their bowls. Yet there seems to be more of that meal sent than the others.
