First time experimenting with starburst. I like the idea that it’s pre-mapped. I think you should offer options with pre-mapping with slightly longer lens as I usually start out from the corner outwards with 2 11’s, two or 12s a 13 and then a final 12. Kind of older, hooded eyes I find that the longer length seem to compensate for that. Just sharing…..😉👍 . The only other thing you should include are perhaps instructions for those who don’t know Lashify yet, and something about removal as well, and introducing the idea of something you might entitle “ON & OFF”. The on and off kit should include BOND options, Control wax, waterpoof, Nightline sealer, and a LASHIFY gossie remover. (Since I’ve been with you since 2022 for me the best value was two full sets of pre-mapped lashes that I can travel with. Only other suggestion would be to make the phone rubber a stiffer composition so that the lashes stay in place inside all of your storage units. Currently they don’t and they get bounced around and thrown out of the slots too easily when transporting. If you can’t make the foam rubber of a denser composition, then you should insert inside of each slot where the lashes get inserted, perhaps a little piece of double-sided sticky tape to hold the gossip cartridges in place.. that’s my only beef – – – otherwise Lashify is perfection! I live in a very hot state and unfortunately the package arrived with the glue leaking out of the tube and sticking to a set of the eyelashes. BUT I was very impressed with Alexis from the concierge team that helped me get a claim file filed and approved it immediately. Because of this I still gave the product 5 stars. Good customer service goes a long ways.

I wish the lashes came with instructions. I have no idea what I’m doing. I attempted to put a set on and it didn’t go do well. Once removed are they reusable? I just don’t know how to work with them.
