Jazzy C (love the name 😄) and his mate delivered our bed on time, and we were kept well informed throughout via text messages, email, and a phone call. The bed was assembled efficiently, and they took the time to show us how to use the ottoman lifting mechanism.
I did ask why the bed casters weren’t fitted and was advised it was because they can damage the carpet. However, on reflection, I suspect the bed may have already been assembled before the casters were noticed. It’s not a major issue, but it may make moving the bed a bit difficult if needed.
Aside from this, great work lads — professional and friendly service overall.

Our bed is lovely. The guys who delivered our bed were professional and assembled very quickly. The bed did not come within the recommended period. But that didn't bother us. The bed did arrive on the day that they specified. We had a very good experience with Sonn. thank you
